Common things

My photo is not showing on my card. New photos are reviewed by a person before anyone else can see them. Your own grid shows Waiting for review until then, usually less than a day. If it says Not approved, it was refused — most often because it is not a photo of a person, or it contains nudity or contact details. Upload a different one.

Nobody is matching with me. Matching in Niyyah is reciprocal: a match happens only when you and the other person both choose to connect. Nothing you can buy changes that. If the app is new in your city there may simply not be many people yet.

I want to cancel my subscription. In Google Play, not in the app: Play Store → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Niyyah → Cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Deleting your Niyyah account does not cancel the subscription — do this first.

I paid and did not get what I paid for. Reopen the app; entitlements are verified against Google Play and usually appear within a few seconds. If it still has not arrived, write to us with the date and the amount and we will sort it out.

I want a refund. Refunds go through Google Play under their policy. Write to us too — if it was our fault we would rather know.

Someone is bothering me. Every profile and every conversation has Report and Block. Reporting also blocks, so you will not see them again while we look at it. Reports are read by a person, oldest first. If someone is threatening you, contact your local police — we will cooperate with a lawful request.

How do I delete everything? Settings → Delete account and data, then confirm. It is permanent. Details: Delete your data.

Is Niyyah free? Yes, and it stays usable without paying. Paid tiers raise your daily connection limit and add convenience. They do not buy you anyone's attention.

Safety, plainly

We review photos and we act on reports. We do not run background checks, and we cannot confirm that anyone is who they say they are. Meet in a public place, tell someone where you are going, and do not send money to anyone you have met here — no exceptions, no matter the story.
